Qué se alucinó
- Tergiversación de pruebas o escritos. Incorrectly cited or attributed 'Verfahrensergebnisse' (procedural results) that do not appear at the referenced locations in the file.
- Citas falsas de jurisprudencia. Multiple faulty quotations/attributions from alleged higher-court decisions (false quotes or misattributions) present in the AI-generated submissions.
- Fabricación de jurisprudencia. Numerous Fehlzitate of Oberster Gerichtshof decisions, many of which were non-existent or not on the cited topic; court declined to address these AI-generated citations.
