Qué se alucinó
- Citas falsas de doctrina. Applicant relied on a Copilot-generated quote from the Explanatory Memorandum to the Taxation Laws Amendment (Superannuation) Bill 1992 stating a 15% rebate applies to all disability pensions (taxed and untaxed). The Tribunal checked the EM, found no such paragraph (no para 2.20) and no similar language, concluding it was an AI hallucination.
