Ablucinaciones — AI & Law, with rigor

The English doorway to Ablucinaciones: a database of 1,600+ AI hallucination cases in courts, methodology and press resources.

Ablucinaciones is a Spanish-language legal publication on artificial intelligence and the law, founded by the Colombian lawyer Andrés Guzmán Caballero. This is the English doorway to our work — most useful for journalists, academics and researchers.

The case database

We maintain a curated database of 1,600+ court cases worldwide where AI fabricated case law, citations or doctrine and someone filed it before a court — one record per case, with court, country, date, AI tool, sanction and a link to the original decision.
